I have a double bedroom available on a full time basis in a homey house so if your looking for a 'home' then it will be perfect for you
I am the homeowner (dont live in property). The house is currently occupied by a professional female and the other bedroom has now become available due to the other Tennant moving in with her partner at the end of the month after living there for 2 years.
It’s a semi-detached house in a quiet village surrounded by countryside & fields with great walking routes. It’s a 5/10 min drive to Castleford & Pontefract and 20mins to Leeds. Close access to the main motorway and 'A' roads.
Knottingley train station is a 2 min drive away where you can park your car for free and also overnight for free. or an UBER is about £4. The train has great connections for all routes, direct trains to Leeds & York.
The house itself has a well-presented front garden and drive, there is an enclosed rear big garden with lovely outdoor seating spots, sun shines all day in summer. I also have a gardener who mows the grass when needed, any pottering and maintenance in the garden to keep it looking nice is absolutely welcome.
There is a garage for storage, driveway for x1 parking space 'used by both tenant's', there is plenty of on-street parking outside (its in a cul de sac, not main road so plenty of easy & safe parking.
There is a mini village shop just around the corner from the house, 30 second walk, the shop also has EVRI returns. All main supermarkets, the local gym are within 2min drive.
There is a separate hall entrance area for shoes etc, a spacious shared living room, kitchen with a breakfast bar and storage cupboard (fridge, freezer and washing machine too). The bathroom has both a shower & bath. The 2 double bedrooms are separated with a landing area.
