Me
My name is Louise - I'm 28- and live by myself with my dog, Angelique. Angel for short, as no one wants to be shouting "Angelique" down the road!
I'm a clean, tidy, quiet person and am looking for someone similar. I enjoy Scuba diving, cooking, reading (fallen into the abyss of fanfiction 😅), and the occasional video game.
Angel enjoys sunbathing, sleeping, more sunbathing, and any toys that might have treats in them! She's a small dog, doesn't bark unless on walks, and can most often be found sunbathing on my bed. Pretty sure she thinks it's her bed 🤣

The room
Large, furnished, double room in a 3 bed semi detached house. The 3rd bedroom is a study, as it's one of those tiny, box rooms. The study is also shared, although I take priority when working from home. Shared bathroom, with a bath and shower, and a separate downstairs toilet.

Large lounge and kitchen. Kitchen appliances include an air fryer, gas oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, bread maker, slow cooker, hand mixer, and Hotel Chocolat velvetiser. There is also a large TV and a washing machine.
The back garden is relatively large, with outside seating for 4 on the patio, a swing seat, and a shed. Gets great sun for sunbathing in summer 😁

Parking on the drive for 2 cars, 3 at a push, and plenty of space on the street for another. Fantastic access to the A1(M) and the M62. Knottingley train station is a 15 minute walk away, and it's 5 minutes to the closest bus stop (406, 476, 493, and TK2). 10 minute walk to the services, where there is a small M&S, or 20 minute walk to Morrisons and Lidl.

Bills are half or £120 a month if you want them included in rent. This includes council tax (band B), window cleaning, gas, electric, water, internet, and Prime video.
Rent negotiable for tenants with reduced occupancy, e. g. Mon - Fri.
