New Modern Town House Room For Rent

I am now living in the property by myself, I need someone to move in rather fast due to having to be paying it all by myself, I choose female as I get along easier with them.

it is a new modern town house next to a canal & river which is a great view, it is in a really nice quite area, I have sky+ hd, bt inifinity broadband. I am rather OCD & need someone who is clean & tidys up after themselves. I have bought everything in the house & all you will need is your bed & wardrobe. The room is a good double size room.

a little bit about me, I am 26 years old, hobbies is cars, assistant manager at a electrical contractors, always going to the gym keeping fit & healthy, very down to earth easy to get along with.
