I am looking for a student aged above 18 years of age. There are 4 other rooms in the flat which already has two nice lads in who have re-booked for next year. There is a games room with a pool table and TV inside it for movie nights.
En-suite bronze room available on a 44 week contract for ONLY £99.50 per week. The accommodation is brilliant with cleaners cleaning the kitchen once every two weeks. This is probably one of the cheapest student accommodation available in Leeds. It is situated near the city centre and train station, also has a bus stop next to it which takes you to the university for only £1. Local 24hour corner shop nearby as well as Tesco express also nearby. There are some nice restaurants right next to the accomodation, Manjaro's and MyLahore.
