Double room available - with doggies in the home

I'm Reagan. I live with my 3 doggies in my own house. I have a spare room and I'd like to rent it out.

The house is quite large - 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and conservatory. I use one of the bedrooms as an office and the third one is up for grabs.

The price includes bills and council tax. Within the home, there is WiFi, shared virgin tv, Netflix, Disney plus, amazon prime and use of games consoles. The home is also completely furnished including the bedroom.

In terms of what is included in the home:
(1) There are 2 parking spaces. I have one of them. You can have the other.
(2) The house comes with a washer and dryer and dish washer.
(3) I have a weekly cleaner who comes in so it is just general tidying that will need to be shared between us.

Type of person wanted:
(1) Friendly, outgoing and a laugh.
(2) male or female, gay or straight, really doesn't matter.
(3) Clean, tidy and such.
(4) You must be an animal lover as I have 3 dogs and they really do get all over you. if you're scared of dogs or worried about dog hair on your stuff, this won't be for you, sorry.
