House share. A 5 bed property on a quiet and friendly street. The rent includes hot drinks and breakfast cereal or toast. The home comes with central heating, shared bathroom/wet room, (only 1 toilet with coldwater bidet spray) shared dining room, living room and kitchen. The room has wood flooring, is a spacious double with wardrobe, desk and chair, double bed, chest of drawers, single sitting chair, mirror and iron with ironing
board. I am very house proud and cleanliness is a must.
Smoking is allowed outside only. Myself and the other tenants spend most of our time in our rooms. We enjoy spending time together outside around the firepit and enjoy having barbeques together. If you enjoy your own space but love sharing a glass of water/wine with a meal after work, come and join us. The bus stop to the City Centre/train station is no more than a 3 minute walk away via Scott Hall Road, as is a local off licence/convenience store. There is also on street parking.
