Double en-suite room in executive two bedroomed flat, Most of the time you'll be the only occupant as I work away during the week and some weekends. Close to White Rose and motorways and easy access to city centre. All usual amenities, including broadband and your own parking space. Also easy access to local shops and park. Due to my work commitments I'm usually only in the flat some weekends, so you will have the spacious, open plan living room and kitchen (and the second bathroom) to yourself Monday to Friday. Would also accept a Monday to Friday occupant at £500pcm
