We are all young ( ish ) 22 -27 easy going but busy professional ladies looking for a clean and tidy house-proud professional , IDEALLY FEMALE to join us in this lovely house in Far Headingley close to Meanwood Trail.

We all work pretty hard during the week but appreciate a meal out or a trip to the pub at the weekend

The house is in a great location in a quiet leafy street between Headingley and Meanwood with a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops ( from Aldi to Waitrose ) close by. It's also a quick and easy commute into Leeds City Centre

This place is bigger than it looks from the outside and is arranged over four floors. The room is located at the rear of the middle floor. It's a cosy room with a sunny aspect AND has it's own walk in wardrobe/storage area.
Bathing/washing facilities in the house include two en suites, a house bathroom and a LG Loo /utility area.. With this room you would be sharing facilities.

Landlord/Owner (Rich James ) keeps the place in good order and is an NRLA member and Unipol accredited .
