We want someone who won't abuse the fact it is bills all in and has common sense to turn the heating off when it isn't needed etc. Large driveway at the front for off-road car parking and on street parking is permit free, the house is 2 mins drive from Leeds rail station, easy access to M621, M62 and M1, just on the edge of the city, it's a great location for getting in and out of the city without having to take arduous bus journeys to go just 3 miles. The no. 1 bus goes into town every 10 minutes (bus stop just by the house) and takes only a few minutes to get into town. Rent includes utility bills on a reasonable use basis so just 1 hassle free monthly payment which covers; rent, gas, electric, water, council tax and TV license.
