I am looking for someone to take over my large double room available in this lovely and homely 6 bed house share on Talbot Terrace in Burley, Headingley (not far from the Kirkstall cinema complex and 5 mins from Burley train station). I wish I could stay in the house but unfortunately need to move due to work.

This house is perfect for those that want to live in a friendly house share with great links to the city centre.

You would be sharing with 5 professionals, 2 girls and 3 boys - Holly (22), Leo (21), Louis (21), Sam (25) and Juanlu (22)

The house is comprised over 3 floors and offers you the following:
- fully equipped kitchen with dining table
- large stylish lounge with flat screen TV
- Virgin media wifi/fibre optic broadband
- 2 shared bathrooms with bath and shower
- free on street parking
- a cleaner once a month.

The room available is the biggest in the house and fairly priced at £415pcm, is located and comes fully furnished as follows:
- full sized double bed & mattress
- bedside table
- wardrobe
- large chest of drawers
- desk and chair.

The monthly rent includes all bills as follows:
- gas
- electric
- water
- council tax
- TV licence
- Virgin broadband/WIFI
- communal cleaner once a month.

The landlords Hayley and Dan, are private landlords who take great pride in their houses and are always quick to respond to messages and fix anything that may need repairing.

There are no fees for signing up - instead, they ask for a minimum contract of 6 months, a small deposit of £150 and a rental guarantor (no exceptions I’m afraid).
