Single bedroom in house to rent , private parking

I have a downstairs single room to rent , in a quiet neighbourhood. The property is hosts a front and back garden , private parking . The property does need some work ( it’s my first home ) however is very lovable in and does not lack anything .
The house is located within walking distance to a local shop , pub and fantastic pizza takeaway , it is also has three different bus services that pass less then a two minute walk from here .
I have one very friendly medium size dog, so liking him is a must 🙂
