Lounge is open plan with kitchen and breakfast bar. Includes washing machine, microwave, kettle and new oven and fridge freezer.

I have also recently replaced the boiler with a high spec one that gets the house nice and toasty quickly.

The back garden has been fully stoned/paved with a new fence and is zero maintenance for tenants whilst providing a decent out door area for the summer time.

All bills included including fibre broadband, gas, electricity, tv licence, water and council tax. On drive and on street parking is also available.

In search of a house proud and clean individual who is also considerate of the other housemates. I own the house and the room for rent is mine but I am abroad for work at the moment, hence renting it out. I would really love someone to take it who will look after it.

My sister is close by so if there are any issues, for example with maintenance, I aim to get them resolved as soon as possible.
