One bedroom available in a four bed house just outside of the city centre. The house has a shared kitchen, living room, and one bathroom with a shower.

The property is very conveniently located for access to the University of Leeds campus as well as only a 5-10 minute walk into Leeds City centre. The street has limited street parking but there is usually no more than one car on the street.

The bedroom is on the first floor, fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers as well as a few shelves.

There is one student and two professionals currently living here, between the ages of 20-23. The two professionals work atypical hours (they are bartenders) so a small amount of late night noise might be expected. The bills are paid monthly through Huddle and are approximately £43 a month.
