I m currently living in this flat and looking for someone to replace me as i m moving out soon.
the current contract ends at the end of June. but you can extend it yourself after.

The room is available from the beginning of April, but i have paid the rent till mid March. If anyone wants to move in before that, i can give you a discounted price. (maybe half price xD).
but from April to June. you will be paying the rent to the company. its £117 per week. all bill included.

its a flat with 5 rooms. there are one toilet and one bathroom in the flat. but there is a sink and mirror in every bedroom. so you don't need to queue for the bathroom in the morning.

Washing machine is available in kitchen.

Location wise, its proximity to Leeds Beckett University is a undoubtedly advantage to all full time uni students. City centre campus, local supermarkets, and all other facilities could be reached within 15 minutes on foot.
