Looking for a young professional housemate! :)

I live in a lovely 2 bedroom rented property a few seconds walk from Burley Park train station (5 min train to the city centre). It has two double bedrooms, with a small spare room perfect for storing clothes and sleeping guests.

The house is nicely decorated and always kept clean and tidy, it has plenty of parking on the street and a small drive that I keep my car on, with a back garden area with a table and chairs. Currently bills are around £80 each a month, then council tax is around £60 a month, so please budget this ontop of the £368 rent a month,

I am looking for a new housemate to move in on the 1st of July 2019, as my current housemate is moving back home for a new job.

I am really friendly and I'm looking to become good friends with my housemate. I'm a young professional, who loves to socialise at the weekend, love after work drinks, but love quiet nights in, chilling watching films and cooking. I work full time so I am not back in the evenings till rather late by the time I've finished work and gone to the gym.

Ideally I'd be looking for someone similar to me.
