Room to rent in Leeds, fantastic location

I have been friends with the girl living there for 10 years so I can vouch that she’s everything you want in a housemate. She smokes a vape but rarely in the house, only when it’s cold and because I don’t object to it but she’d always ask! I’ve unfortunately just relocated with work, so need someone to replace me. It’s a 2 bed house, 4 floors including a basement. Neighbours are friendly and there’s a small patch of garden that I took pride in creating during the summer so there’s somewhere to enjoy the sun and have a bbq! It has fantastic access to public transport. Although it is walking distance to the city centre, it’s only 10 minutes max on a bus! Plus it’s walking distance to headingley, so it’s the best of both worlds and if that isn’t enough, you’ve got Cardigan Fields on your doorstep.
