There are currently 2 women living in the house who both work in Leeds city centre. As housemates, they are easy going, clean, tidy, and enjoy walking, cooking, TV, and boardgames - so we're looking for similar-minded individuals who are keen to find a home and not just a house.

The bedrooms are all furnished with sturdy, Ikea furniture, each room includes at least a double bed, a bedside table, a double mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a table and chair.

Bedroom 4 is the smallest of all the bedrooms at 265x320cm and this is reflected in the price, however it still provides a good deal of storage space in the extra tall double wardrobe and under the bed.

The house has a hard-wired fire alarm, and emergency lighting on all floors. All the internal doors are fire doors, which provides great sound proofing and the windows are all double glazed. The house also has broadband Wi-Fi throughout.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a TV which has Freeview. There is a very large kitchen/dining room which leads to a laundry area and separate shower room. The cellar can be accessed from the main hallway and provides additional storage space.
