All three current house mates are working professionals (a nurse, administrator and a charity executive), easy going, clean, tidy, and friendly. They’re looking for a similar-minded individual who is keen to find a home and not just a house.

The house has a total of four bedrooms over two floors with a bath/shower room on each floor.

The available room is an attic bedroom. It is furnished with sturdy, IKEA furniture, including a double bed, a bedside table, a mirrored wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a chair.

On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with Sky TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The cellar can be accessed from the dining area and provides additional storage space and contains laundry facilities.

The house has a hard-wired fire alarm, and emergency lighting on all floors. All the internal doors are fire doors, which provides great sound proofing and the windows are all double glazed. The house also has broadband Wi-Fi throughout.

The house has a small paved front garden and a yard to the rear. It is located 1.2 miles from the city centre and St James Hospital. It’s also about a 20-minute walk from the bars and restaurants in Chapel Allerton – a taxi is a few quid. The house is a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with buses into town every 10 minutes or less.
