The two current housemates are working professionals (a nurse and an architect), and are both easy going, clean, tidy, and friendly. They’re looking for two new housemates who are similarly-minded and keen to find a home and not just a house.

All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, one or more mirrored double wardrobes, one or more chests of drawers, one or more bedside tables, a desk and chair, and a notice board.

Ground floor includes:
- A spacious dining kitchen complete with utensils, plates, pots and pans, mugs etc and plenty of storage.
- A large living room with two comfortable sofas, an armchair, 50" smart TV.
- A laundry and utility room with plenty of space to hang wet washing and store bikes etc.

First floor includes:
- Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.
- 2 large bathrooms, one featuring a power shower and the other a large bath (also with shower).

Second floor includes:
- Bedroom 3 and bedroom 4

The house has been refurbished to an excellent standard and is fitted with several safety features, such as a hard-wired fire alarm, emergency lighting and heavy duty fire doors, which provide great sound proofing.

The house is located 1.3 miles from the city centre (approximately a 30-minute walk). It’s also about a 20-minute walk from the bars and restaurants in Chapel Allerton. The house is a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with buses into town every 10 minutes or less.
