The house was recently (August 2016) redecorated after a few years of being tenanted.

NOTE: The house is currently for sale, so lets will be for 3months.

Neutrally decorated with south facing window which means the room is bright and warm even in the depths of winter. The room is carpeted and has an solid oak double bed with orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe and dressing table/chest of drawers. It is the smallest bedroom, but its not cramped. Shares the family bathroom (overbath shower, toilet, sink, heated tiled floor) with bedroom 3.

Room 2 (450pcm) - Ensuite double
Neutrally decorated with east facing window overlooking small front garden. This is a BEDroom as there is a super king-size 4-poster mahogany bed (with its own steps!) here. Built-in cupboard, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables. En-suite wetroom with travertine marble, foot wide waterfall shower head and heated floor.

Room 3 (435pcm) - Large double

About the tenants and other details:
We are looking for new friendly people to move in and make the house their home. From previous experience female flatmates seem to work best together, but sociable men are equally welcome.

With regards to costs, bills are included in the rent rates given and include council tax, gas and electricity (amount covers reasonable usage), Cable TV, broadband and TV license.
