Spacious Double Room available in City Centre

I have a gorgeous master bedroom available in a modern apartment right on the river from 12 September 2019.

The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the bars and restaurants of Call Lane and a 5 minute walk from Leeds Train Station.

The location would be perfect for a young professional working in Leeds city centre who wanted to avoid a commute into work.

I am looking for someone to replace me, as I am unfortunately having to move out of the apartment due to moving back home.

My flatmate, Alice, is looking for a clean and friendly female flatmate to share with. Preferably someone who is partial to a gin & tonic and loves to eat good food.

We both work as Paralegals, and Alice is a soon to be trainee solicitor, so somebody working in a similar professional environment would be ideal.
