I have a single room and a double room available in a house. The single room is available now and the double room is available from 15th of October. The house is near Leeds city center (about 10 minutes’ walk).
The house comes with central heating/hot water supply, fitted kitchen/lounge with 2 fridge/freezers, washing machine, microwave, vacuum cleaner, sofas, table. A bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.
The room are fully furnished with a double/single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk/chair, bookcase, bedside storage.
Rent is 370 pounds per month excluding utility bills for the double room, and 320 pounds for the single room.
