The first floor and second floor both contain 2 bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet. The house comes fully furnished and has a reasonably sized courtyard out the back too. There is plenty of on-street parking available out the front.

The house is situated right next to Potternewton park and is a short distance from Roundhay park and Chapel Allerton. It is also not too far from local bus stops for access to town.
