I’m pretty laid back, and I mostly like to grab a casual drink/have chats and watch Netflix (included) - looking for someone likeminded and wanting to cook together/hang out a bit not just a stranger (not all the time I respect your space!)

A cleaner comes every 2 weeks.

I work flexibility from home.

The house is very conveniently located 5 mins walk from Wellington street, cafe nero, coop, greggs - there is also Lidl nearby, also Aldi, various gyms and Asda down kirkstall road, and only 15 mins walk to leeds train station!
Ideally looking a for a female tenant who wants a short term let to November. But negotiable.
