On a good bus routes (up to every 10 mins Monday to Friday, 16 and 16a) which goes to the Rodley, Pudsey, City centre and East Leeds passing St James Hospital. There are other bus routes close by to Headingley, Morley, White Rose Centre etc. There is desretricted parking to the front and rear of the property. There are rail links in Bramley, Kirkstall, Pudsey and the city centre.

The landlady lives with her partner and works in East Yorkshire but does have the top floor of the house (8)(bedroom, study and bathroom) for storage mainly. She just wants someone who will appreciate the nice house and look after it. The other is a shared house (182) and is let through a professional agent and is also to a high standard.
