Lovely 1-bedroom apartment - great area

The flat has been newly carpeted in October and is perfect for students or professionals. The kitchen was all remodernised about 2 years ago and it has all the appliances included (fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven). The whole flat has a lot of light and big windows (but it also has a very good heating system so no risk of getting cold :)) ).
It has an entrance, bathroom, bedroom and big kitchen/living room. There are 3 very big wardrobes, 2 big chests of drawers, big bed (the mattress is orthopaedic and quite new), a desk with stool, a comfy black faux leather sofa with a matching black little table. The bathroom has WC, basin, big mirror, bath with shower.

The flat is on the first floor and is 10/15 minutes away from the university of Leeds (and also Leeds Beckett) and the city centre, but also less than 20 minutes from the station. Lots of parking just in front of the building and you can get a permit for free in a week or two :).
You have a lovely park just opposite the building and many other green areas at a short walk distance. The agency is very good and quick to respond to any maintenance request.
(It's the dream apartment! I've been here 1.5years and would have stayed for 2 more but they don't allow pets and I have decided to get one so I only move for that!)
