2-month short let of 1 bedroom flat

I am moving out to buy a house and I need someone to take over my flat until the end of January.

The flat is furnished but does not have Wi-Fi as I had to cancel my contract at a certain time. Please contact me for a viewing. As this is an informal arrangement, you won't need to pay council tax / water rates - just the electric bill which is normally £25 a month.
