The room is a middle floor large master bedroom, it currently has a built in wardrobe, chest of draws, a double bed with mattress and bedside tables. The main bathroom is also on this floor and as I have my own it would be exclusively yours, there is also a smaller bedroom on this floor that you can use as a home office or lounge area.

I am a 30 year old professional looking to rent out a room in my house. I am quiet, clean and tidy so would like to find someone similar. The house is a large 4 bedroom property but I am just looking to share with 1 other person.

The rent is £600 per calendar month which includes all bills e. g. gas, electricity, water and council tax, broadband. Sky, Netflix and Disney+ are also included. The property has a shared living room, kitchen and dining area. There is ample on street parking, good transport links and Leeds bus station is a brisk 15-20 min walk away. The local area is mainly family’s with a few houses on the street occupied by professionals.
