My name is Sylwia and I'm looking for a friendly and considerate person to join my former housemates from now until September.
House in a great location by the park, and about 20 mins walk away from Leeds city centre - perfect if you're new to Leeds and are keen to explore the city before starting the university.
Bus stop as well as corner shops are about 5 min walk.
Rent includes bills and all appliances ranging from a communal smart TV to Ultra fast Virgin Internet.
There are only 3 housemates (2 masters students and 1 phd student) staying there over summer- all very friendly and welcoming.
Given the current situation I am happy to arrange viewings over zoom/skype to show you the house/room and have a general chat :)
