1 room to let in sustainable Greenhouse flats

1 room to let in the sustainable Greenhouse development in south Leeds.

Room comes fully furnished with a double bed with underbed storage, a large wardrobe and shelving. Shared bathroom with a large rain shower. Open plan kitchen/living room comes equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing machine (no dryer), desk, large sofa, 50 inch TV with PS4 and Xbox (if that's your thing). Flat is South facing and receives plenty of natural light all day through its large windows.

The flat is located a 20 minute walk from the city centre and is situated close to the M62/M621/M1 motorways. Plentiful on-street parking is available however there is a secure underground parking garage which costs £55 a month if needed. I personally park on the street and haven't had any problems.

Bills:
Council tax - £47 a month (£94 split between us)
Broadband (150mbps) - £17 a month (£34 split between us)
Utility bills - In Greenhouse all bills are metered as the building generates its own electricity and has its own water supply. Usually the monthly bills come to around £80 (for everything) which we split 50/50.

I am a 26 year old teacher who works in Bradford. I graduated from the University of Leeds and have been living in the city for 5 years so I know it well.
