The house is 10 minutes walk from Leeds University and 10 to 15 minutes walk to the town. The buses are also a walking distance and there is a Tesco nearby and McColl's just two minutes walk.
The house has a nice small garden ideal for barbecues and just to set down and relax.
There are two rooms available, one downstairs and one upstairs.
