⭐ LOOKING FOR ⭐

Someone to fill an extra room in the house, any age-group / sexuality / gender. A preference for more mature full-time worker-types who'd prefer a quiet (but friendly), clean, safe, and spacious house, rather than a ‘student vibe setup.

The existing two housemates, in their 30s, are full time employed, and work out of the house each day. As such, to be a good fit in the house, we are looking for someone specifically who is in a similar situation as opposed to working from home.

Ideally someone who is happy with the independent but friendly set-up.

⭐ CURRENT HOUSEMATES ⭐

We work slightly different hours so not everyone tends to be in at once, and as such we do tend to do our own thing most of the time. That said, there's always time for a quick friendly catch up or a natter when we see each other in the kitchen or lounge.

The house would suit someone who is happy with this kind of friendly but fairly independent setup.

After work, housemates tend to mostly do their own thing, such as lounging about watching movies or sport in the communal lounge or own room, surfing the net, time at the gym, walking or cycling on the woodland trails at the back of the house., or catching up with other housemates whilst cooking in the kitchen.

No smoking, or pets. Someone who enjoys and respects a clean and tidy home. It's requested that no outdoor footwear when going up the stairs onto the carpets.
