A caring person in work, retired, or studying or is ideal. The room is available from late October onwards. There is parking on the drive available and a beautiful garden.
Leeds Homeshare can offer accommodation to a Sharer who can provide a helping hand (10 hours a week) to the 'young at heart' householder age 100! This might include shared meals, cleaning, shopping at times and the reassurance of being in the property at night. This will not include personal care. The homeowner has plenty of other ongoing support from family also.
The monthly fee is £150- £200 (income dependent). Its a great way to live affordably and meet someone new.
Roundhay has great public transport links and is near plenty of shops and cafes and a beautiful park.
