No Deposit required as I have already paid this and I am happy for you to claim it back after the tenancy

The accommodation is very close to Leeds city centre and both Leeds' Universities;

Uni of Leeds (10 minute walk)
Leeds Beckett city centre campus (15 minute walk)

There are plenty of Shops and supermarkets nearby, and it is a very handy location.
