Full advert with a video tour and 360 virtual viewing will be coming soon (within the next 2 weeks) as the house is having work done to get it up to the highest standard but I'm putting this advert up so anyone can register any early interest!

Excellently placed on a beautiful estate of new build houses with Asda Superstore a 1 minute walk away and fantastic transport links to the city centre. The fully furnished house is absolutely huge with 2 kitchens, a home gym with thousands spent on equipment, a lounge with a 75 inch TV, all double bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suites which means the other 2 share a nice big bathroom, 2 rooms with walk in wardrobes, it has to be viewed to be appreciated.

All rooms have had a big spend on furnishing them to the highest standard, everything is brand new. All rooms have either a TV bed or a wall mounted TV / projector with full range of freeview channels and amazon firestick provided so you can watch Netflix, Amazon prime etc. Every room has large sliding wardrobes, drawers, a desk, a bed with a luxury mattress and mattress topper.

I'll be living in the house myself and looking to get a group of like minded professionals together, internet speed is 350mbps which is office speeds and with every room having a desk, working from home (like me) won't be a problem! I'll be getting a cleaner and gardener to visit regularly too to keep up the standards.
