Empty Room to fill! Expenses paid until December

One free room to let in a Parklane property above a restaurant along Burley Road. Sizeable space with a nice large window view of the urban Leeds landscape. The kitchen and living room areas are also fairly spacious.

20 minute walk to the city centre, but Kirkstall shops are quite close, and there is a Tesco Express a 1 minute walk from the property. The Rosebank nature trail is also very close to the property, offering a very accessible walking spot.

Rent has already been paid until 22/12/2020. And so, with the exception of the £45 a month bill expenses , tenancy is free of charge until the end of the year. Bills are included in the £400 a month total I have indicated.

Three student male flatmates, although one of them has remained in his hometown for the duration of his tenancy so far, so at the moment there will be only two other flatmates. Each have their own routines, so paths don't cross a large amount at the moment and things are relatively quiet, but should everyone be present, the flat enjoy spending time playing FIFA together in the living room.
