The house is in a fab location minutes walk away from the bars, shops and restaurants of Chap A. Its around a 15/25 minute drive/cycle ride to the centre of Leeds, leafy roundhay or meanwood parks. There's plenty of on road parking available directly outside the house on a quiet road.

The room available is a fully furnished bright small double room which comes with a bed, freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Next door is a good sized office/additional storage room for primary use of the double room occupant.

Downstairs is an open plan, sociable, living/dining area with lots of room and storage for multiple cooks in the kitchen. The kitchen/diner opens out into a well kept south facing garden which includes a shed for bike storage.

Most bills (water, council tax, TV, Broadband) are included with Gas/Elec on top (varying from £25 - £75pp depending on the time of year).
