Able to share the house and use all the facilities, including a wood-burning stove in the living room. It also has a delightful enclosed south facing garden to enjoy.
I am looking for an independent, person who has their own life to lead.
They will also have to appreciate that there is a cat living at the house who does like human company and attention.
