Able to share the house and use all the facilities, including a wood-burning stove in the living room. It also has a delightful enclosed south facing garden to enjoy.
I am looking for an independent, person who has their own life to lead.
They will also have to appreciate that there are two cats living at the house who do like human company and attention.
