I’m moving out and we’re looking for someone to take over my room in a modern, fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment.

The flat has two bathrooms (one ensuite and one shared between the other two rooms).
Rent is £315 per month + bills (usually £150–£170 per person, including water, heating, electricity, fast fibre broadband and council tax).
Deposit: £365.
Minimum stay: 6 months.
Move-in: around March.

Property is located 15 minutes walk from the city centre. There is a shop and a gym nearby(2-5minute walk). Inside area of the apartament is secured with access card, shared garden, shared gym and optional underground parking. There is more than enough space to fit in a desk in the room.

About the flatmates:
Young professionals working in Leeds. Easy-going, friendly, clean and respectful. Happy to socialize but also respect privacy.
