I’m buying this house near roundhay park and street lane and hopefully should be in by February.
I’m buying alone and looking for one or potentially two house mates :)
I’m an assistant headteacher and commute to work in mirfield. I’m active, like to go running and used to play football but stopped due to injury and love travelling.
It’s a lovely house and I’m going to update and furnish once the sale goes through. Walking distance to street lane with bars and restaurants, short 5min taxi to chapel allerton and 10min taxi to Leeds city centre too. There’s two options of bedrooms, either one down on the bottom floor with patio doors and downstairs utility and toilet. Or a double room upstairs next to the bathroom.
