Large ensuite double for professional/postgrad

Master ensuite double bedroom to rent from mid March (or earlier) to the end of August.

I'm currently living with two friends (22 y/o) who are both young professionals - one working from home currently. Both are very friendly and sociable people who are very easy to live with - very clean and good at cooking. I'm moving out as I am moving to a new job out of Leeds. I'm therefore looking for someone to take over from me for the rest of our tenancy (until the 31st of August).

This room would be ideal for a young professional or postgrad student who wanted to live in a modern flat in a lovely area of Leeds. There are great transport links into the city centre to commute and there is ample parking outside the flat. The landlord is really helpful and a lovely guy. Both of the other two in the flat work full time (Monday-Friday) and enjoy cooking/relaxing in the evenings, walking/running at the weekends as well as going to pubs when they’re open.

The room is very light and is big enough to work from home comfortably (I currently do this). The ensuite is well equipped and ideal as you have it all to yourself. There is loads of storage in the room with two massive built in wardrobes and two chest of drawers. There are also 3 additional storage cupboards in the hallway.

The rest of the flat is very nice, with a really modern kitchen that is separate from the main living/dining room (which is also massive). The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine as well as plenty of storage.
