Hello

I have one spare double bedroom to rent out. I am 23 years old and work weekdays sometimes weekends. I enjoy socialising on an evening and on weekends.

I have 2 Dogs one is a Jack Russel crossed border terrier called scruffy a rescue Belgium Shepherd called Cleo. Both dogs are very loving and very playful. Tennant will need to be comfortable with larger dog breeds.
It will also be a requirement to have 2 or 3 meet ups first as cleo is nervous reactive and take abit of time and training to get used to new people. Once she does she will love you with everything she has

I have one spare double room to rent (Larger than it looks on the photos). It has a double bed and plenty of room for a desk or anything else you may require. The room is very light due to big windows that catches the sun.
The bathroom has been recently re vamped during lock down so now it would only be shared with a maximum of one other person.

I am happy to share my kitchen and lounge. They are both well-equipped and recently been refurbished. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for those rainy days.

I am based only a 25 minute walk from the centre of Leeds. 10 minutes on the bus. 5 by taxi (£4.50) They come every couple of minutes and the bus stop is close by.

The room is available immediately.
