Look for flatmate for 2-bed flat

Hello, this is Chen, a 2nd year PhD researcher in the University of Leeds.
I'm looking for a flatmate to continue to rent my current 2-beds flat together, from 1st September 2021 (negotiatable).
The residence is in Clarendon Quarter, 10 min walking to the uni, and 15min to the city centre.
We have our individual bathrooms, shared living room + kitchen, and a shared washing machine + storage room.
￡575 per month, bill is about 50-70 per month.
This residence is quite nice, with concierge, gym, garden, locked gate, roof terrace, lounge. Most people here are professionals or key workers, making this residence friendly, nice and quiet :)
