1 Double bedroom to rent in a flatshare of 2

The flat is leodis square, about 5-10 minutes walk from Leeds city centre (it’s just off the M621 really easy to get to). The building itself isn’t even half a year old, and the flat has only been lived in for 2 months. The furnishing and amenities are all brand new, the leasing agent is on site should you need anything, there’s a gym and office spaces on site free to use, parking, and plenty of supermarkets/cafes nearby. The flat is pet friendly (as am I the other tenant)

I’m a 1-to-1 personal trainer and online fitness coach. I spend most of my time at the gym with clients or training myself, at 5-a-side, or filming content at home. I’m a pretty structured and tidy guy but really easy to get along with (I’m yorkshire born as well if that counts for anything)
