The apartment is great, I've had a mate living in there for 4 years with a lodger, both loved it. There's quiet neighbours but it's close enough to get about everywhere. It's perfect for commuters to Leeds and for anyone who drives (as close to motorway).

The whole place can be furnished or unfurnished, (can include beds, wardrobes, a TV, sofas, etc. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven and hob, and a washing machine, as well as space for a dishwasher and dryer if you'd like to get one. The bathroom is in good condition and there is plenty of cupboard space, plus some utensils and pans etc too.

The rent is negotiable for the right person but I'm initially looking at £425 including bills. Someone could move in straight away if needed.
