Attic room in cosy queer 2 bed house

Attic room for rent in my 2 bed house. The house is in Burley, it’s got a big basement kitchen, shared living room with wood burner and piano, and a garden. On street parking outside the house. I’m queer and non binary. I have a cat who doesn’t get on with other cats or dogs unfortunately! I prefer having people round for brunch/dinner, movie nights and board games etc to going out. Left wing politics essential. I’m quite clean and tidy and like the same in a housemate. I’m hoping to find someone I have stuff in common with as I enjoy hanging out, sharing cooking sometimes etc. Bills wise: water, broadband and council tax band B are included. Gas and electricity bills are on top of this. The room currently has a single bed and mattress but there is room for a double bed.
