Attic room in cosy queer 2 bed house

Attic room for rent in my 2 bed house, with me and my cat who is a delight. The house is in Burley, it’s got a big basement kitchen, living room with wood burner and piano, and a garden. On-street parking outside the house.

Available from 1st March, or possibly even early February.

I’m queer and non binary, and I’m happy to live with people outside these communities who have a respectful understanding! I prefer having people round for brunch/dinner, movie nights and board games etc to going on big nights out, but I like gigs, live art, theatre etc. Left wing politics essential.

I’m quite tidy and it’s a quiet, peaceful houseshare - I like a good nights sleep! I’m hoping to find someone I have things in common with as I enjoy hanging out, sharing cooking sometimes etc.

Bills wise: water, broadband and council tax band B, gas and electricity are all included. I work in healthcare as a research midwife so I’ve previously got on well living with healthcare students and healthcare workers as I understand needing to sleep in the day after nights! This room would also suit young professionals, postgrad students, but maybe not someone who works from home full time.
