Hi 😊! I urgently need a replacement tenant for a room I booked for the 2022/23 academic year. I am currently in 2 housing contracts and need to find a replacement tenant to cancel one of the contracts.

The room is in Unite Students’ accommodation Concept Place, which is close to both the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett and city centre. This accommodation is only for students in full-time education.

It is a premium range 1 room with generous floor space, a decent view from the back of the building, a ¾ bed with under-bed storage, a large desk and a private en-suite attached to the room. This can be viewed in pictures on the Unite Students site for the Concept Place accommodation. Currently the pricing for a premium range 1 room in this accommodation is £163pw, however as I booked early on my booking has a set pricing of £149pw so it is cheaper. I am also willing to offer a SUBSTANTIAL discount if this is too expensive.

There is a communal kitchen, amenities include: 2 fridge-freezers, a microwave, a vacuum cleaner and more! Amenities for this accommodation also includes printing services, a laundry room, bike storage, communal study area, contents insurance among the usual things such as WiFi, maintenance support and security. There is also a common area with ping pong and pool tables, as well as sofas and a flat-screen TV (all information is on their site).
