Large double in Meanwood 2 bed house

Hi everyone, I'm currently looking for a new tennant :) The house is a relaxed Meanwood terrace house set on the Wharfedales. The house is set on a row of houses on Woodhouse Ridge with green views and lots of character. It has great access to shops, pubs and coffee places!

There is Woodhouse Ridge literally above the house which leads to Meanwood Park and across the way is Meanwood Valley Farm which is also a nice place for a walk and a coffee. It's a 30 minute walk into town or a 10-minute cycle. There is a bus stop directly outside the house going into the city centre also. Meanwood centre is less than 5 minutes on the bus with an array of shops, bars, a Waitrose and an Aldi.

The room is a big double, plenty of space and storage, nice view out the window and plenty of space to work with desk space available. There’s a front room with two sofas, TV, coffee table and desk/dinner table to work/eat from, a separate kitchen also. There is also a patio area out front which gets a nice amount of sun in the summer. Not pictured here is the basement which I use as a music space. If you have a car there is no drive but plenty of places to park.

The cost for the room is £600 (all bills included). You'd be sharing the house with myself. I work for the civil service. I love making and listening to music, cinema trips and being outdoors (wild swimming especially and just recently bought a camper). I'm easy going and chilled. Up for nights in watching a film or pub trips but also happy with my own space.
