Double bedroom in end terrace

Double bedroom in end terrace. (a single bed is in the images, but there is now a double). The room gets lots of natural light and is furnished with a wardrobe, desk, decent sized TV, chair and double bed. The desk folds up so can be easily put away if you have your own. I can provide some shelves if needed. There’s some additional storage space in the house as well. Council tax band A.

• Comprises; kitchen, large living room, two double bedrooms, bathroom, and garden
• There’s a Corner shop directly opposite and Bramley Shopping Centre with a Tesco 5 min walk away. Kirkstall Bridge shopping centre is about 10/15 mins walk away
• It’s easy to get to the City Centre from
• I have two cats
• 65 inch TV in the living room
• Free WIFI
• Gym close by, I also have an exercise bike which can be used

I’m generally laid back, 32, male and I work in adult education. In my spare time I enjoy films and reading, mostly non-fiction. I also play guitar. (I only use a small amp in the house and will invest in some headphones. I never play during unsociable hours)
