1 of 2 bedrooms available to rent in spacious flat. Both rooms are en suite. Communal areas include kitchen, lounge are and balcony. The flat itself receives plenty of sunlight and the bedrooms are big enough to work from home.

The complex has Wifi, an on-site gym, community events and a mail room.

Bills are not included, the council tax is Band D, parking comes at an extra cost (£100 a month if needed).

I am looking for a new flatmate that is hopefully around the same age, likes to keep their home clean and has similar interests. I'm quite a chilled person, I like going for hikes, relaxing watching a movie, eating out and going to gigs. It is important to me to find a good match, a flatmate that I can be friends with but also respects own time.
